Clients agree to:

• Provide access, materials, and feedback required for project execution

• Make timely payments as per invoice terms

• Respect agreed revision limits and service scope

We reserve the right to decline work that falls outside our expertise, ethics, or legal boundaries.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All prices are in NZD and exclusive of GST

• A deposit or upfront payment may be required to begin work

• Invoices are payable within 7 or 14 days of issue (based on your package)

• Late payments may incur a late fee or suspension of service

Non-payment after repeated attempts may lead to debt collection or legal action.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

• All original work (designs, content, strategies, code) created by Buzz n Boost remains our intellectual property until payment is made in full

• Upon final payment, clients are granted full usage rights to materials created specifically for them

• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement is signed

All third-party content (e.g., stock images, plugins, fonts) is subject to the original creator’s licensing terms.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any information shared during the project (such as login credentials, business data, or brand strategies) will be kept secure and not shared with third parties unless required to deliver the agreed service.

6. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We may use third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, Shopify, Mailchimp, etc.) to carry out services. Buzz n Boost is not responsible for the functionality, security, or policy changes of these third-party services.

You are responsible for complying with the terms and privacy policies of those platforms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to ensure continuous availability of our website and services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

Buzz n Boost will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from your use of our site or services

• Loss of data, profits, business, or opportunities

• Results outside of our control (e.g., changes to Google’s algorithm or ad platform rules)

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Clients may also cancel their services by giving written notice, subject to any agreed cancellation terms or fees.
